Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program is a program for prospective immigrants with experience and skills that are required by the province. Upon fulfilling all the requirements a Manitoba Provincial Nomination Certificate is issued.
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program has three streams through which foreign nationals can apply for the program.

- Qualified candidate with the highest score is invited to submit an MPNP application
- After a thorough assessment, the MPNP nominates successful candidates to make a separate application to the Government of Canada for permanent resident visas for them and their family.
